India Will Be Hosting Germany For A Two Bilateral Series Event In New Delhi.

The Indian hockey team is ready to host Germany to take revenge for the loss in the semi-final of the Paris Olympics. The German hockey team will be invited to India to play a two-match bilateral series at Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium in New Delhi. The two matches between these two monstrous teams will be played on the 23rd and 24th of October 2024 this was announced by Hockey India. Last time these two teams met at the Paris Olympics where India lost by 3-2 in the semi-final, which led India to play a bronze medal match with Spain and beat them and won a bronze medal for the country. Dilip Tirkey the President of Indian hockey mentioned his excitement for the matches between the two of the strongest hockey teams, he further stated that this bilateral series will be a treat to watch as there will be a display of world-class hockey. This series will be very exciting for hockey fans as they will be witnessing the competition and intensity of the games played between India and Germany. We feel honored to be able to invite the German hockey team and be able to host such a fabulous event which is not only good hockey but it will also lead to building a good relationship between the two countries, said the Indian former captain.
