India vs Bangladesh 2nd Test Starts From 27 September.
Bangladesh is touring India for 2 test matches and 3 T20 matches. India and Bangladesh played their first test match of the series on 19th September in Chennai, which was won by India by 280 runs, which gives India a lead of 1-0 in the series. After this huge win, India secured the top place in the ranking of World Test Championship 2023-25, whereas Bangladesh dropped to number 6. The second test match of the series will be starting today, that is 27 September, and as we all know, the Bangladesh cricket team has come into this series with full confidence as they have defeated Pakistan 2-0 in a test series hosted by Pakistan, we have also seen the good quality of cricket shown by the Bangladesh cricket team in the 1st test match when in the 1st innings they had bring India’s equation to 144-6 with all the top order batsmen gone including Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma, then the inning was controlled by Ravi Ashwin and Sir Jadeja. Bangladesh cricket team will be focusing on drawing the series by beating the India cricket team in the 2nd test. On the other hand team India will be focusing on winning the match and giving their newly appointed head coach Gautam Gambhir a perfect start to his campaign who is on his first test assignment after the start of his tenure as a full-time head coach of Senior Men’s Indian cricket Team, and win the series which will also augment their chances to be a part of another final of World Test Championship.

The second test match between India and Bangladesh will be played in Green Park Stadium, Kanpur on 27th September, the match will begin at 9:30 am local, and according to weather reports it has been an overcast condition here since yesterday and the forecast predicts overcast condition for next 3 days, so it will favor the seamer and pitch will stay slow and low due to black soil.
