With Sanju Samson scoring 111(47), making him the first Indian wicket-escort batsman to hit a T20i century, Suryakumar Yadav 75(35), Abhishek Sharma 4(4), Riyan Parag 34(13), Hardik Pandya 47(18) and Rinku Singh 8(4) and team India scratched their highest-ever team score. In return, the Bangladesh team was able to score 164-7 in their 20 overs, as they were losing their wickets at regular intervals. India registered a win by 133 runs, won the series, and swept the Bangladesh team 3-0 in the series. Sanju Samson was awarded with man of the match for his remarkable century and Hardik Pandya was named as a Player Of the Series.
