It all started with Suryakumar Yadav winning the toss in the 3rd T20I match and decided to bat first against Bangladesh, with India’s new pair of openers Sanju Samson and Abhishek Sharma. India lost their first wicket early in the innings in the form of Abhishek Sharma, so captain Suryakumar Yadav came on the pitch to support Sanju Samson they both played incredible knocks and added 172(70) in which Sanju Samson contributed 92 runs and Suryakumar Yadav contributed 67 runs. It was an incredible display of hitting showcased by team India in this match with everyone contributing. With Sanju Samson scoring 111(47), making him the first Indian wicket-escort batsman to hit a T20i century, Suryakumar Yadav 75(35), Abhishek Sharma 4(4), Riyan Parag 34(13), Hardik Pandya 47(18) and Rinku Singh 8(4) and team India scratched their highest-ever team score. In return, the Bangladesh team was able to score 164-7 in their 20 overs, as they were losing their wickets at regular intervals. India registered a win by 133 runs, won the series, and swept the Bangladesh team 3-0 in the series. Sanju Samson was awarded with man of the match for his remarkable century and Hardik Pandya was named as a Player Of the Series. Team India will be again seen in action from 16th October facing New Zealand in a test series with Rohit Sharma leading the team and Virat Kohli back in action.
